This is how Isaac and mommy sleep most nights. He seems so content on his mommy’s chest.

Having a baby changes everything. Rarely would I pick up a camera in my own home. That’s all changed. Isaac had his first bath tonight and of course it had to be documented. I also forgot to tell everyone about Isaac’s birth. Sarah was only in labor for 6 hours, and only pushed for 25 minutes! For a first child, that is mind-blowing. We owe it all to three things…..so if you’re pregnant, or thinking about getting pregnant, listen up.
1) Sarah obviously took very good care of herself
2) We had a natural childbirth (no drugs), and this made all the difference. If you want more info about this let me know.
3) CHIROPRACTIC care! I can not stress this enough. It’s too complicated to explain on a blog, but check out this practice if you’re pregnant and in Colorado Springs. It will take HOURS off of your labor. Dr. John Davis is the man. http://www.atlaschiropractic.biz/

Sarah and I just returned from our latest Sonogram appointment and the Midwife confirmed that Isaac is definitely a boy. The midwives like to get two sonograms before they determine the sex for sure, so this was our second. We’re very excited.
