As I mentioned in the last post, Adam and Keeley made a special trip to the nursing home where Adam’s grandmother was living, to see her on their wedding day. These photos, Keeley’s mother told me are probably the last photos taken of her before she went to be with the Lord.
I asked Adam’s permission to pay tribute to his Grandmother, and he graciously accepted.
Adonila Viola Cordova, 81, passed away on July 24, 2009. She is survived by her loving & devoted husband of 65 years, Sinforiano; 4 daughters, Lucy Trujillo, Anna (Tony) Montoya, Eva Ramirez, Carol (Joey) Mascarenas; 4 sons, Max (Doris) Cordova, Adam (Annabelle) Cordova, S. Louie (Sandy) Cordova, Gilbert (Denise) Cordova; 1 sister Marcella Valdez; 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4
